
Our philosophy of education is
based on the fundamental principle of American democracy, which recognizes the
uniqueness and worth of the individual. Therefore, it is our belief that the
function of education is to provide for the widest mental, moral, cultural,
emotional, and physical growth of the individual, consistent with his/her
abilities, and suited to his her needs as a member of our democratic society.
The aims and objectives of the
1. To serve as a vehicle for
change from the elementary classroom approach to the specialized subject field
program of the high school.
2. To provide exploratory
experiences to aid youngsters in selecting a specific program in the high
school.
3. To develop effective citizens
and fully functioning individuals.
4. To meet the needs, interests
and abilities of the specific students in the middle schools.
5. To develop personal
responsibility, learning strategy, creative thinking, effective social behavior
and effective communication.
6. To teach that each student can
learn, that he/she knows how to go about learning and that learning is
worthwhile.
7. To encourage communication
among students, parents and school.
8. To provide for the individual
needs of each student through an effective guidance program.
